1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the NPI Enricher Chrome extension and web application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NPI Enricher is a sales intelligence tool that helps healthcare sales professionals look up publicly available information about healthcare providers using National Provider Identifier (NPI) data from U.S. government registries. The Service includes a Chrome browser extension and a supporting web application.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You may use the free tier without creating an account (10 lookups/month).
- Paid plans require account registration with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Shared or automated account usage is not permitted.
4. Pricing & Billing
- Free tier: 10 lookups per month, no credit card required.
- Solo ($29/month): 100 lookups, CSV export, 6-month history.
- Pro ($49/month): 500 lookups, CMS claims data, Open Payments, territory filter.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
- Lookup counts reset on the first day of each billing cycle.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds for partial months after the first 7 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or contact healthcare providers in ways that violate applicable laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the extension.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
6. Data & Accuracy
- All provider data comes from publicly available U.S. government sources (NPPES, CMS).
- We display data as-is from these sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
- NPI Enricher is a research and sales intelligence tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or compliance advice.
- Match confidence indicators are algorithmic estimates and should be verified independently for critical decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by KramerTech LLC. Government data displayed through the Service is in the public domain. You retain no rights to the Service itself beyond the license to use it per these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAMERTECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
